The Efuah Moments service

Efuah Moments lets event owners create private event collections, invite guests using links, QR codes, or event codes, receive guest photos and videos, manage album content, unlock a complete album, and download available event media.

Accounts and event owners

Account holders must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Event owners control their event settings, invitations, guest access, moderation choices, and downloads. They are responsible for ensuring that their collection and use of event information and contributed media is appropriate for their event and that guests receive any notices or permissions the owner is required to provide.

Guests and invitation access

Guests may join only events they are authorized to access. A guest must provide a display name, accept the contribution terms, and respect the event owner's settings. Invitation links, QR codes, event codes, guest sessions, and private download links should not be shared with people who are not intended to access the event. Event owners may close uploads or block guest access.

Uploaded content and permissions

You may upload only photos, videos, and related information that you have permission to contribute. You remain responsible for your content and for respecting privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, and other rights of people shown in or connected with it.

You retain the rights you hold in your content. You authorize Efuah Moments and its service providers to host, process, reproduce, transmit, display, and make that content available to the associated event owner as necessary to operate the private event, generate previews and downloads, maintain security, and provide support. This authorization is limited to operating and supporting the service.

Prohibited use

You must not:

• upload unlawful, abusive, harmful, or infringing content;
• access or attempt to access another private event without permission;
• circumvent invitations, payment controls, rate limits, or security measures;
• introduce malware or interfere with the service or its providers;
• use another person's account or impersonate another person;
• use the service in a way that violates applicable rights or obligations.

Album purchase and payment

Creating an event and contributing as a guest do not require a guest payment. Unlocking the complete album is a one-time purchase of $49.99 USD for that event. It is not a subscription. Stripe processes Checkout, and album access is activated only after the service verifies trusted payment information.

Any refund or payment adjustment offered or required is handled through the applicable payment process. A full refund may revoke the related album entitlement. A partial refund does not automatically revoke it. Disputes may be placed into manual review. This technical behavior does not create a promise that a refund will be available in any particular circumstance.

Album access, downloads, and exports

Complete-album access is limited to the event and account for which it was purchased. Downloads and ZIP archives are created from eligible event media and use private, time-limited access links. Generated archives expire and may need to be requested again. Users are responsible for protecting copies they download to their own devices or storage.

Retention and deletion

Event information, media, transaction records, and operational records are retained as needed to provide and secure the service, support purchases and disputes, and perform retention and cleanup operations. Deleting an event makes it and its invitation inaccessible and begins the applicable retention process; it does not guarantee immediate deletion of every related record or stored object. Generated ZIP archives have a separate expiration period.

Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or suspended to protect an event or the service, investigate misuse, respond to a dispute or legal request, or enforce these Terms. Event owners may block guests, close uploads, archive events, or request event deletion through the available controls.

Service and intellectual property

Except for user-provided content, the service's software, design, branding, and related materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Use of Efuah Moments does not transfer ownership of those materials or authorize copying, resale, or creation of a competing service from them.

Availability and responsibility

Efuah Moments is operated with safeguards intended to protect event content and provide reliable access, but uninterrupted availability, delivery, processing time, or permanent storage cannot be guaranteed. Users should keep appropriate copies of important downloaded media. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the service changes. The updated date on this page identifies the current version. Continued use after an update is subject to the version presented through the service, together with any additional notice required in the circumstances.
